Restored and recovered-
Beautiful mid-century Danish styled, an Australian made Easy-armchair, ready to go straight into the home. Restored and reupholstered.
This chair has had complete restoration, reconditioned wood and re-clothed. Oak frame is finished in it’s natural wood texture and pigments, exaggerating the grains and knots and marks of it’s history.
Recovered in a modern contemporary flat-weaved grey semi-commercial fabric, which includes removable cushion covers with zips. These cushions sit neatly on top of the chair and it’s spring unit.
This chair has a written date, aged at 1968, and is of a larger wider size which is not just unusual but very attractive and comfortable to sit on. The wooden frame joints finish in a protruding decorative piece, see photos. And legs taper into a narrow points, very typical of it’s time.
