Design/ origin- High quality Danish craftsmanship. Rare 1960s chair designs. Soren Horn produced only the best designs from land-mark names, such as Finn Julh and Erling Jessen to name a few.
It is likely these chairs were part of a set, being the carver version of the dining chair. However due to their impressive high back and wide seat these work great as side chairs.
Upholstered in patent black leather, with a beautiful mix of high-quality Rosewood timber. On the underside of the base, it is visible just how fine these chairs are. Carefully crafted with Beech, joined to the Rosewood. Not webbed, but a durable original canvas seat.
Condition- Overall condition is consistent with age. All defects have been photographed. There are the usual wear and tear as expected. As you can see this item presents very well.
Leather has been cleaned and conditioned recently. There are a few minor defects as pictured. No rips/ holes. Timber has been oil cleaned, some scratches on the armchairs can be found.
