A pair of Australian Mid century wall sconce by Rite-Lite model "Mayflower".

Melbourne c,1957. 

In original stunning blue baked anodised finish.

Dimensions-
350 h x 260 w x 170 d mm

Design/ origin-.
Mid Century Modern Australian collectable lighting. Rare and desirable model, resembles that of a ship's sail curved in the wind. 
Perforated aluminium shade, when illuminated allows light through giving a great effect. 

Condition-
Original paint finish, with some very slight imperfections. Lights have been cleaned and polished however still have some minor paint spots.

These lights originally ran off a balanced wattage of two bulbs. One micro bulb at the front and then the main at the rear. 
Unfortunately these bulbs no long exist, so these lights only have the main bulb option at the rear. None the less, they function and look great.
