By well-known and established lighting company Kempthorne, designed by Besides Joyce & Selwyn Coffey.

Small sized sconce, with two rotating shades. Attractive polished aluminium design, one part with a clear coat the other left unfinished.

Condition-
In great original condition. Some basic scratches and marks can be found. 
Some small light dents to the wall plinth. See picture. 
In working order.
