Design/ origin- This chair is also known as 'the World's most comfortable chair'. Designed to work alongside the GF10 range winged larger armchair (James Bond villain chair). Also known as the 6250 Easy chair. This model came with a few base options. Offered here is the four legged swivel base made from high quality Rosewood timber. Designed for G-Plan in 1964 by furniture designer Paul Conti, who designed the entire range of these magnificent chairs. Large rolling scroll like arms with a deep box cushion seat and the signature diamond buttoned back.
Easy to move around as it is carefully balanced on castors for ease of rotation with a 360 sideways tilt.
Condition- Fully restored. Pristine condition. Professionally reupholstered in a striking woollen green fabric choice. Rosewood timber restored with a few repairs made and the base finely finished with brass capped headed bolts.
